We just put together a quick one page list that outlines the roughly 100 servicers and lenders that are now participating in the HAMP/HAFA programs.

It is a great resource to print off, and keep by your desk when you talk to potential clients. You will be able to quickly determine if their servicer or lender is participating in the HAFA program and begin to help them through the HAFA short sale process.

Of course the document includes the biggest names to join the program including Bank of America, J.P. Morgan Chase and Wells Fargo, but it also includes a large number of smaller servicers you may run into as you try to help your clients deal with a HAFA short sale.

This will be a great reference to answer the question ‘which servicers and lenders are participating in the HAMP/HAFA program?’ Also we have added a text list of the participating servicers for your reference below:

    Do you have a list of the subordinate lien holders who are “playing ball” with HAFA restrictions/requirements?

    Define participation, so far they loan mod them till they get their trustee sale date then refuse to do a HAFA because of the sceduled trustee date.. If B of A is in second position they will not authorize a HAFA short sale
